Why Are We So Hard On Ourselves?

Here’s why and what we can do about it.

When I see photos of women around my size in advertisements, on TV, taking a walk, in a shop…I barely notice.

If anything, I think “That’s a nice shirt.” And move on.

Yet when I look in the mirror, I hate the way I look.
