While I see where you’re coming from in the idea of waiting until something is perfect prevents you from moving forward in your own business and life, I have found that “quality over quantity” does have its place.
For example, when you are paying for a service, such as writing, and you hop onto Upwork or Fiverr and simply pay someone the cheapest possible rate of 1 or 2 cents per word. You will get a large quantity of writing, and a lot of it may be poor quality or just not written well.
In these cases, and in the case of paying for services in general, I think “quality over quantity” or “you get what you pay for” is important to realize and see the advantages of quality.
