Damn, that SUCKS! I’m sorry you’re having such a huge shipping and customer service issue, that is terrible and I can definitely see why you’re pissed about it. I would be, too!

Can you cancel the payment through your credit card company? If they aren’t answering your emails/calls and haven’t sent anything, I feel like you’d be within your rights to do so.
